Up to three 1/2 day departures depending on power station release. 7.15am, 9.00am and 2.30pm.
Travel 20 minutes northwest of Cairns to the Barron River .
Let our guide entertain you in eight man rafts.
Spend two hours paddling rapids up to Grade 3 (4 hr round trip)
Dam controlled river, allowing consistent supplies of water all year round.

BARRON RIVER FAMILY RAFTING FOAMING FURY is the only company offering a white water experience for families with children as young as six years of age. The trip departs 9.00am daily and returns at 1.00pm. Times can be varied to suit group inquiries.

For every three children travelling, one adult must accompany the trip.
